Check out our Shipyards Park Poster for a quick view of the City's premier park to host special events.

Shipyards Park is located between the Yukon River and 2nd Avenue - at the northern end of downtown - and is part of the City’s plan for the Downtown Riverfront. Shipyards Park was designed to be enjoyed year round and offers a large open space for festivals and community events, an outdoor amphitheatre, a toboggan hill and a skating loop.

Visit the Facility Booking page for booking information on Shipyards Park.  View our documents: Planning an Outdoor Event in Whitehorse and Event Organizer's Checklist.
